Ethical Code Analysis

What PARN Can Offer Your Organisation

PARN has developed a unique, comprehensive, research-based model for analysing ethical codes; using our evaluative model we can assess the effectiveness of your current ethical code. PARN will consider the following areas in its assessment: clarity, consistency and relevance. PARN’s knowledge-base, accumulated through several years of research on ethics, also offers you the opportunity to assess your code against those of other professional bodies. After the initial assessment, the PARN model will help you to formulate or revise your code in a manner that is consistent, understandable and accessible.

Benefits to Your Organisation

• Development of an ethical code that is effective, consistent and clear, both for members of your organisation and the general public
• Allows you to benchmark your code against those of other professional bodies in terms of the types of obligations you have included, to whom the obligations are owed and the strength of the obligation
• Checks your current code for clarity, consistency and relevance
