Member Research

What PARN Can Offer Your Organisation

PARN can conduct an online and/or paper member survey on behalf of your organisation. PARN will assist you in formulating the survey, including the wording of questions and optional responses, so that it best fits your individual needs. PARN can run focus groups and advise on road shows and other outreach initiatives. By conducting member research, your organisation can obtain a profile of your membership and aspects of their professional practice, as well as their views on the organisation’s services and activities. You will gain insight into your members’ levels of satisfaction with your current services and activities, and their views on what they want in the future.

Benefits to Your Organisation

• An independent third party to conduct a more objective survey
• Assistance in formulating survey questions to achieve best results that accurately reflect your membership’s views and experiences
• Provides your organisation with findings which can inform your strategy in a format easily understood by your committee and volunteers
