Managing Volunteers

If you manage volunteers, this course will acquaint you with recent work on volunteer management produced by general support agencies for volunteering in the UK, Canada, Australia and the USA. This course also includes specialist knowledge about managing volunteers in professional bodies based on PARN research.

The day will combine a mix of interactive sessions, video case studies, presentations and time for individual reflection.

We'll start at 10.00am and end at 4:30pm with refreshments and lunch provided.

This course is delivered by our Head of Services, Robert Pitts.

You will receive a folder with information to support your learning on this topic, along with copies of course slides, case studies and good practice guidelines
