Job Title: CPD Manager
Location: London (home-based until return to offices permitted)
Job Term: Full-time
Salary: Circa £40,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new CPD Manager to lead on the development of CPD and training for the planning profession.
In this role you will plan and project manage an annual CPD training course programme that fits within the RTPI’s strategic Education, Learning & Development and ‘Core CPD’ frameworks. You will work with key groups within RTPI to devise, develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of training products including liaison with the Education Team and other RTPI departments to create CPD content.
You will lead on the production, updating and maintenance of an online directory for training courses on the RTPI website, RTPI Learn platform, and the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database. You will be responsible for implement selling of the programme, ensuring it meets the needs of members and negotiate and managing contracts and relationships with external partners
You will have experience of working within a membership organisation or education institution, developing and bringing to market professional training products through traditional and digital channels. Knowledge of effective CPD and training techniques and how to evaluate them will be an advantage plus a good understanding of what makes training and CPD successful
