About the role

Job Title: Senior Product Development Manager
35 per week -  Permanent
Salary:  £39,089 - £48,862 pa
Location:  Easton on the Hill, NN3 9NZ

This role reports to the Head of Standards and Product Development and is responsible and accountable for leading product specification and design of products and content for all CIPS education products, services and standards relating to the development and recognition of individuals, teams or organisational competence.

Responsible and accountable for bringing new products to market by analysing proposed product requirements and product development programmes; prepare, develop and implement the product development plan, working collaboratively with all appropriate CIPS Teams.

The role requires a clear understanding of what constitutes good education product and programme design, and a technical procurement and supply understanding, to ensure CIPS education product development is appropriate, contemporary and meets the needs of the global nature of CIPS stakeholders from the profession, global, national and local markets, employers, individuals and regulators.
