About the Research
The
Financial Services Authority (FSA) commissioned us to research professional standards.
How did we carry out the project?
We outlined the structures and processes that regulatory bodies use to uphold professional standards in their industries. We also looked into 5 professional standards bodies in particular to find out which structures they use.
Next, we examined regulators’ views how effective these processes and structures are, and the methods they use to assess their success.
