Professional bodies are increasingly finding themselves under increased scrutiny. This can be seen in a number of way - some see scrutiny from the Competition and Markets Authority, for others this is increased freedom of information requests being made by the general public and professional bodies continue to find themselves under scrutiny from members.

In this environment there is a challenge in how to make good decisions, and in particular how to make ethical decisions. This can particularly pose a challenge when considering how to navigate global markets, different governments and professional bodies own ethical codes.

So what can CEOs do to address the scrutiny and avoid issues? Where should they turn for advice around ethical decision making? And how do you proceed when there is a mismatch between governance, governments, ethical codes and wider public morality?

This event will provide a chance to discuss all of the above and more.
