PARN Introduces ATN Engagement Award to Recognise Outstanding Community Participation
Professional Associations Research Network (PARN) is proud to announce the launch of its Ask the Network (ATN) Engagement Awards, which will recognise the top five organisations that have demonstrated exceptional support with PARN’s ATN Surveys.
Ask The Network Surveys (ATNs) are short surveys exclusive to members which provide the unique opportunity to ask our network of members, and non-members across the professional body sector about a topic of their choice, on any area of interest or practice.
The ATN Engagement Awards are designed to acknowledge and celebrate organisations that have made significant contributions to fostering active and meaningful engagement with the professional body sector through PARN's platform. The awards will be given to the top five organisations with the most ATN Survey responses from 1 January to 31 December 2023.
"We are thrilled to launch the ATN Engagement Awards as a way to recognise and celebrate the organisations that are actively working to build stronger, more connected communities through PARN's platform," said Robert Pitts, Deputy CEO of PARN. "We believe that these awards will serve as a powerful incentive for organisations to continue to engage with the community in a meaningful way."
PARN will be announcing the winners of the 2022 Engagement Awards shortly but advises everyone to update their communications preferences to ensure they are receiving appropriate contact from PARN, including survey invites.
Kimberley Moreno, Membership and Communications Coordinator said “We’re really excited to launch the ATN Engagement awards and give recognition to those that have demonstrated a commitment to the sector, without being exclusive to membership. Keep your communications preferences up to date to receive survey requests straight to your inbox!”

Those receiving the ATN Engagement award will be presented a digital certificate and badge, which they are encouraged to display on their website. Winners will also be invited to attend the PARN conference, planned for spring 2023 for a formal presentation.
PARN is dedicated to promoting best practice while equipping professional bodies to deal with common challenges and the ATN Engagement Awards are a natural extension of this mission. By recognising organisations that have made a significant impact in fostering active and meaningful engagement, PARN hopes to inspire others to do the same and promote the importance of community building within the unique professional body sector.
"Our goal is to foster strong, supportive communities and the ATN Engagement Awards are a powerful way to acknowledge and celebrate the organisations that are leading the way," said Robert.
